Shipping policy

 

Domestic Orders

All shipments within Australia will be tracked and shipped using Sendle. Shipments are expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days or longer depending on the circumstances.

I will aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible however, if for any reason there are delays in dispatching parcels, I will get in touch. 

International Orders

I currently offer tracked international shipping to New Zealand, the US and Canada. Shipments are expected to be delivered within 12 - 16 business days or longer depending on the circumstances. 

Please keep in mind, that customs and local import duties might be charged once the parcel reaches its destination country as international orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).

Incorrect Shipping Details

If you provide the incorrect shipping details, please contact Yume Clay Works immediately via the contact page. If the parcel has not been dispatched, I can correct the order however, if you fail to identify the error until after the parcel has been dispatched, the lost parcel will be your responsibility. I will not offer a refund if the package goes missing.
